Foods that Help Insomnia


Many people use sleeping pills for sleep which cause many health problems and side effects. Here are some natural foods that act as alternative to sleeping pills.


Dairy products:

The Tryptophan in dairy products like milk, cottage cheese etc., helps in relaxing brain and induces to sleep naturally.
